Following on from its enormous success in Round 1 and Round 2 – Solar Victoria are back with Round 3 of their Solar for Apartment grants.

It’s all part of the State Government’s push to make renewable energy more accessible for everyday Aussies, who may have found it difficult to access before.

TCK Solar's enormous success in Round 1 & 2 of Solar for Apartments

TCK Solar’s unique offering turned out to be a huge hit the first two rounds of the Solar for Apartments grants funded by both the Vic State Government and Federal Government.

In Round 1 & 2, TCK Solar delivered 35 solar for apartments projects between Oct 2024 and 2025, helping 438 residences reduce their reliance on costly grid power.

Timo Karnath, Director & Founder of TCK Solar, says – “a lot of solar companies simply don’t have the capacity to touch jobs like these. Its not simple to install on apartments and a lot of solar companies shy away from the task. There can be 50 individual systems within one building, often with many multiple sizes and panel configurations. Fortunately for us, we’ve spent the last 15 years custom designing every system we do, this kind of thing is our bread and butter.”
