Solar Victoria offers a program specifically designed for multi-unit dwellings (apartment buildings, strata townhouses, and units under an Owners Corporation). This program helps apartment residents to access solar by offering a significant financial incentive:
- Rebate Value: The program offers rebates of up to $2,800 per participating apartment, with a maximum funding cap of $140,000 per building. Please check if this program is still current as it may have now closed
- Applicant: The application must be submitted by the Owners Corporation (Body Corporate)
- System Options: The rebate covers both Direct Connected Systems (individual solar for lots) and Solar Sharing Systems (a single, shared array).
