Thinking about solar but not sure where to start? Either give us a call or request a quote to talk with one of our friendly solar experts. We’re here to answer all of your questions and show you how easy - and cost effective - it can be to go solar. It all starts with a conversation.
Initial Consultation
A few simple questions will allow our team to begin working on a custom design matched to your individual needs and energy usage. This usually only takes a few minutes, and is often helped with a recent electricity bill and a photo of your switchboard.
Site visit & proposal
In some cases, a site visit may be required to assess some of the finer details of your solar project. This is usually a great opportunity to present the initial designs and go over the proposal. If any adjustments are required, a final quote is usually sent out after this.
We organise the connection
Once you are happy with the proposal, we begin any relevant Solar Victoria rebate applications for you and contact the distributor to organise connecting your solar system to the grid.
Book in your installation
Once we receive approval from Solar Victoria & the distributor, we organise a time and day for our in-house solar experts to come and perform your installation. Just be aware that we’ll need to shut off your power for the whole day, so please factor this into your plans.
Installation day
The day has finally come! Our team will arrive at the agreed upon time and install your new solar system on your roof, taking care of every element with a strict adherence to safety and quality of workmanship.
Commissioning
We configure and test your system to ensure everything has been installed and set up correctly. We’ll then arrange for the inspector to come and give the final sign off.
Ongoing Monitoring & Maintenance
We monitor your system from our head offices 24/7 allowing us to quickly and easily identify any faults/defects and address them before they end up becoming costly. Your first maintenance is usually free, and any subsequent maintenance / cleaning can be booked quickly and easily.
