Welcome to the Tesla family. Here are some basic instructions you will need to get you started with your app, as well as how to reset your Powerwall, if need be.
In order for you to use the app, you have to first create your Tesla account here. Then go to the app store and download the Tesla Motors app (click here for Google Play). You can now log into it with your Tesla credentials. In case you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. If you have any question, call 1800 291 431. Your Powerwall 2 should appear in the app about 15 minutes after commissioning.
